JOHN P. RUTLEDGE

Born and raised in Hoquiam, Washington, John P Rutledge is licensed in California and Nevada. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University, a J.D. cum laude from the Howard University School of Law, and a Master of Laws degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.

Mr. Rutledge has served as exclusive transactional counsel for a one-billion-dollar-plus land portfolio and represented a foreign nation-state in its negotiations for the television reality series SURVIVOR: Palau. In addition, he has done in-depth legal work for some of America’s best-known musicians and several of the world’s largest software companies. He has authored a variety of articles for legal journals across the country, is recognized for excellence in Marquis’ recent editions of Who’s Who in American Law, and is an avid Ironman® and marathoner.
